In 1990, as a product of excellent performance achieved in this area, Dr. Leopoldo Marquez Lefeld won sole legal representation of Cessna Finance Corporation and Cessna Aircraft Company – both belonging to Textron Company. He has worked uninterruptedly for more than 15 years for both companies, providing legal guidance and advice on everything related to the study, preparation, drafting and issuance of more than one hundred (100) finance aircraft leases based on our country. Contracts included non-compliance, recovery of aircraft, reexport, refinancing agreements, assistance in case of accidents, among other activities.Transactions
